Company Profile

We are a young and innovative property company, distinguishing ourselves by pioneering concepts and creativity in design, management and fi nancing. Our refreshing approach to complex projects is based on the integral project management of initial concepts via market research and leasing to realization and longterm involvement. We envision it, we make it and we make sure it is operated and owned effectively!

By doing so we are a long-term investor, in buildings, in new concepts and especially, in our business relationships. All our projects have to do with buildings but the emphasis always remains on how people perform and feel at home in them. Check out our outdoor and travel center The Globe, the innovative offices in the A Factorij and our themed Media Park.

Along with our creative task, we also appreciate our social responsibility. With our Social Dividend program we achieve sustained improvement of the quality of life within a broad society. That’s why in every project, we budget time and space for social service activities. For example we are one of the co-founders of the children’s museum Villa Zebra in Rotterdam.
