Company Profile

Mn Services has over fifty-five years of experience in pension administration, management support and investment management. We have a growing institutional client base for which we manage assets worth over EUR 33 billion (July 2006). Mn Services is the third-largest institutional asset manager in the Netherlands.

National and international real estate
On behalf of our clients, we manage national and international real estate worth approximately EUR 3.8 billion (July 2006). The domestic real estate investments are more or less equally divided over residential, retail and offices. With a team of experienced real estate professionals, Mn Services is a well-known company with strong roots and an extensive network in the domestic real estate market.

We are also active in international real estate. For well over ten years the international real estate team has offered its clients exposure to listed and non-listed real estate in Europe, the US and the Far East. This team acts as a fund of fund manager on behalf of the buy side, and is therefore in an optimum position to select the right partners.
