Achmea Vastgoed is part of the Eureko-Achmea Group, one of the larger financial service providing organizations in the Benelux. Achmea Vastgoed is an independently operating company for professional real estate management and real estate financing in the market of institutional investors, managing a total invested capital of approximately EUR 7,6 billion.

Mission
Achieving an optimal performance on real estate investments and real estate financing for institutional clients as well as acting as a service provider for these clients.

Core business
The core business of Achmea Vastgoed is investment (residential, offices, retail and other real estate) and financing (private and commercial mortgages). Direct investments are made on the Dutch market and the indirect investments at present mainly focus on real estate funds in the Euro-zone and in North America.

Extra information
Achmea Vastgoed offers places to students from different study backgrounds who want to write their final thesis or do an internship. Self-chosen subjects for the final thesis are possible when they are relevant for Achmea Vastgoed. For internships it is possible to work in several departments or to perform specific research.
