Talent Day 2008

On the 6th of June 2008 FRESH Career will organise the second Talent Day for her FRESH- members! This year theme of the Talent Day 2008 will be ‘Your Career Starts Here’ and it consists the components competencies, networking and ethics in real estate.

Project Day TCN

On Friday the 23th of May FRESH and TCN will again organise a Project Day together. During the day you will get to know TCN and their view on real estate. You will also learn more about the innovative concepts and creativity in design, management and financing that TCN has to offer.

TCN Property Projects is a young and innovative property company with a distinctive corporate culture. It has offices in the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, Belgium, Turkey, Spain, UK, Charlemagne, Austria, Hungary and South Africa and activities throughout Europe.

Excursion Central station area Utrecht

On Friday the 25th of April FRESH will organise an excursion in association with Cushman & Wakefield to the central station area of Utrecht. This afternoon the redevelopment of the central station area will be the subject of discussion. The area needs a thorough facelift to make it more safe and more livable and to approach the large increase of the city and central station Utrecht. >>>>

FRESH Study Trip 2008 - Dubai

                                         

 

Do you want to see the most spectacular projects, you’ve only seen on television? You want to experience the real estate market of a Middle-Eastern country? Do you want to develop yourself and become more internationally orientated? The FRESH Study trip will be thé opportunity for you!

May 2008 will be the month the FRESH Study Trip committee and approximately 20 other real estate students will visit the city were everything is possible: DUBAI! Here we will explore the fields of urban planning, architecture, real estate development, asset management and property management in one of thé most booming real estate cities in the world! The participant’s fee for the trip will be about € 800. You will be updated about further Study Trip 2008 progressions soon!
