Rogier Schoute (Chairman)
Student of Bachelor Business Administration at the Vrije Universiteit (VU). Rogier will finish his bachelor degree of Business Administration this summer and will pursue his master degree of Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate at Erasmus University in Rotterdam next year. Currently, he works part-time for a private wealth management firm in Amsterdam.
In 2007, Rogier lived in Chicago for 9 months. In this major international real estate market, his interest in real estate developed after doing several courses at the School of Real Estate of Roosevelt University. During the summer of 2007, he completed a 3-month internship for Jones Lang LaSalle in Chicago. This experience has inspired Rogier to focus on a career in commercial real estate. He sees organising a study trip as a unique opportunity to improve his organising skills and to enrich his knowledge about the different fields of real estate in a major international real estate market. Furthermore, he is looking forward to meet other students from across the country with an interest in real estate.
Suzan Besier (Finance)

She will finish her master Real Estate in December 2008, and she will continue with the master Economic Geography at the University of Groningen which she expects to finish in December 2009. Because of her international orientation she wanted to participate in the FRESH Study Trip. Being a member of the Study Trip Committee 2008 gives her the opportunity to learn more about Real Estate markets and companies outside Europe.Allard Steenbeek (Acquisition)
Student Real Estate Studies at the University of Groningen. Allard has finished his bachelor studies Real Estate Management. It is because of his international ambition that he wanted to participate in the FRESH study trip. Organising a real estate study trip to Dubai gave him an excellent opportunity to pursue his dreams. Next year Allard will participate some master degree courses in Seattle at the university of Washington. He expects to finish his master degree in Real Estate next year.Berry ten Pas (Promotion)
Student Real Estate Studies at the University of Groningen.. After finishing his bachelors’studie Real Estate Management at the Saxion University of Enschede in 2006, he started the same year with the pre-master Real Estate at the University of Groningen. After a practical experience period with Ahold Real Estate in 2005 he became very motivated to learn more about Real Estate research en the Real Estate Market. Due to his lack of international knowledge, the FRESH Study Trip commission is perfect to improve some of his skills. His ambition is to make the Study Trip of this year, a spectaculair experience for the participants and himself!Guy Stroucken (Program)
