Property Tour
CB Richard Ellis will lead us through Amsterdam most prominent real estate spots during the CB Richard Ellis Property Tour. The tour will be accompanied by several employees of CB Richard Ellis who will give us their view about the market. This tour will give you a good overview of the commercial property market of our capital city: Amsterdam.

Vendex KBB
Besides this Property Tour, CB Richard Ellis will share the knowledge about the largest single real estate deal ever in The Netherlands; the sale of the Vendex KBB portfolio. During the day it will become clear what the role of CB Richard Ellis has been in the sale of 1,4 billion euro Real Estate. The deal concerns a total of over 70 shop premises and 3 car parks, Vendex KBB’s total stock. The sale of the shops is the largest single investment transaction of its type to take place ever in the Netherlands!
CB Richard Ellis and Lazard supervised the sale on behalf of Vendex KBB owners. The portfolio consists of 5 Bijenkorf department stores, 7 V&D department stores and 61 Hema outlets.
