Your career starts here!

On the 6th of June 2008 FRESH Career will organise the second Talent Day for her FRESH- members! This year theme of the Talent Day 2008 will be ‘Your Career Starts Here’ and it consists the components competencies, networking and ethics in real estate.

Being a student you may have noticed that networking can be very valuable. When you will start your career, networking will be even more important. But what is networking and how can you obtain the necessary information? Therefore you can follow a network training on the Talent Day that will be provided by LaRed.

After you have graduated you will finally enter the labour market, but what can you actually do? What are your strengths and weaknesses? Which competencies do you have? Which function fits the most with all your capabilities? On the Talent Day there will be several interactive workshops to answer all these questions, provided by Partitude.

The workshops and network training will be alternated with presentations regarding the three components by some of the best real estate companies. Your future employer may be among them! Also there will be an interesting presentation regarding ethics in real estate. Lately the image of real estate is damaged because of all the scandals in the media.

At the end of this valuable, interactive and interesting Talent Day there will be an informal drink where all the participants will be present. Here you can practise your obtained network skills!
