History
FRESH was founded in 1999, when several enthusiastic students from Maastricht University organised a study trip to Chicago. The Study Trip is still one of the main FRESH activities. During the years FRESH has built up a broad spectrum of activities. These activities are the Consultancy Week, Inhouse and Project Days at our partners, Excursions, The Talent Day and our youngest activity: The Foreign Activity.
The Web activities consist of an overview of all interesting real estate courses offered at different Dutch universities, a summary of real estate job and internship vacancies and a section with real estate magazines with the possibility to subscribe to these on reasonable prices. Once a year FRESH publishes the FRESH Guide, a booklet which gives an overview of FRESH, its activities, course information and company profiles of companies active in the real estate sector. The FRESH Guide is free of charge available for everyone interested in FRESH.
Every academic student who is interested in real estate can subscribe to the FRESH database. The registration is free of charge. Registered students receive a regular newsletter, with information concerning FRESH activities, courses and news from the real estate sector. Today the FRESH database has over 620 records with students from all over the country.
